Your eye color can't change because your iris can't change. It's in your genes. The reason they look like they've changed is because of the light reflecting off you clothes and your skin. It's also because of the light. If it's super bright, most likely, it'll seem lighter. And no, your eye color can't change. Unless you're sick, your eyes might look dull or red (sclera).
The only way your eye color can change is if you wear those color-changing contact lenses. They're expensive and I suggest you not try those because they're for people who need them, mainly. Some are for costume though.
