because these dips think multiplying comes before dividing OR they think if a number is in brackets (for example 6/2(3)) that the 2 & 3 are multiplied before because there are brackets on the 3

I get what you're saying.
I thought I was supposed to multiply the 2 and 3 because there was parenthesis around the 3.
...but yeah, you're supposed to multiply OR divide depending on which part comes first in the equation.
But I still don't know if I'm right or wrong because there's so many trolls here <3

6/(2(2+1))
