You need to look up drisophila, which are flies which we can evolve in the lab over a 24 hour period which go through a few generations. We can see generic drift and can impose our own changes and watch evolution happen right before your eyes.
Secondly you are completely ignoring the whole branch of genetics we currently have. Genetic engineering simple could not happen if evolution was not true. We can see evolution happen real-time in high throughput sequencers now. And through evolution we have been able to make varieties of selectively bred plants and animals for thousands of years.
Look at dogs, we have made toy dogs from wolves using selective breeding in under 200 years. How else does selective breeding work other than artificial selection?
We can date using genetic clocks now so your daring argument is shot too.
You are making the mistake that most Christians make. Evolution is not a set dimension like time, not everything is constantly changing, evolution happens at different rates depending on resource and predator pressure. It can be very rapid or extremely slow.
To deny evolution is stupid, religion and the natural process of evolution can happily coexist.
