Jogging with weights with pseudo boxing stances mixed in, martial art "flowing" when at home with weights, and nunchaku still
My diet lately is an array of junk food mostly a lot of chocolate and cheese. I still eat them fruits and veggies. Most of my diet is loose, like im not counting carbs or measuring how many grapes I had with x meal or anything like that
I assume the position work is a reference to lifting? I dont even lift
