Dont have to spend to much really. The atmosphere is just a lot of fun. Great place to get drinks, mingle, play some games. Dont have to gamble more than you are comfortable with. Maybe try the horse track too if theres one close by, another great place to drink and get food and put a couple bucks on races and maybe get lucky and walk away with some fat cash.

Idk where you live,but here are a few ideas

Check your city or town for local events coming up as in music, food contests, art festivals, etc

Nature anything ( sight seeing parks, hikes, botanical gardens, etc )

City fun, fondu restaurant or a unique fun restaurant, comedy club, craft beer bars, sight seeing of the skyline

Ended up going bowling. Apparently on the Army base in Germany there wasn't too much to do so they had to learn to like it. It was alright. Afterwards hit up a local pizza spot for some good eats and went to their place to have a fire and talk. Was pretty nice. Not at all what I had in mind but it was definitely great for a change. Appreciate the ideas, folks. Like I said I'm a social retard due to working so much.

Work all day, everyday, other than two days per week... Just like most every full-time wage-slave.

Not trying to brag about anything. Sorry if it seems that way.
My 2 days "off" consist of getting up at the same time as normal and going to a class at 8 after 12-13 hours of work and getting up the same time as normal and getting home at 5 for my daughter since my woman is at work.
I have so much free time I have no clue how I do it.
