it was for people who needed technical help so they were always frustrated when they called already so we had to keep them happy there was no sales at all purely customer service based and thats what our evaluations were based on if i had been anything but completely helpful to the cunt on the other end id have been sacked

it was silly we could only put the phone down on them if they swore after being warned not to swear
i swear to god i had to listen to a guy try to convert me to his religion for over half an hour and when i asked my manager he just said well has he swore at you
