Simple Math Question - Topic

The idea is: if it doesn't rain the first hour (60% chance) it might rain the second hour (60%), or the third (60% chance), etc for 12 hours.

It will obviously be pretty high, but idk the equation

there is a 60% chance of rain over the next 12 hours
whatis the chance of rain over the next 12 hours

Ill defined question

At any point in time it will start raining? Basically zero.
Be raining at any point in time? Not determinable.
Start raining during any one-hour interval? This can actually be answered I think.
