Google some statistics, and do some simple math.
Since I'm bored, I'll oblige you:
1) Average length of man's penis = 5.5" or 0.000139 km (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_penis_size)
2) Amount of males in the world = 3,400,000,000 (http://www.numberof.net/number%C2%A0of%C2%A0men%C2%A0in%C2%A0the%C2%A0world/)
3) Distance from Earth to Moon = 384,400 km (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_distance_%28astronomy%29)
Therefore, it would take 384400 / 0.000139 = ~2765467626 penises to reach the moon.
Is 3,400,000,000 greater than 2,765,467,626?
Yes, by a large margin.
So, we can indeed reach the Moon if we added up the length of every penis on Earth.
I can't believe I just did that.
