215lb, down from 230 at the beginning of the year but leveled off after March. Need to get back into dieting.

Interestingly enough I've done some research and exercise isn't a way to lose weight. There's evidence that if you increase your calorie expenditure from exercise (which only makes up about 30% of your total calories) your basal metabolism will slow down to compensate keeping your overall calorie burning roughly constant over the long term.

ye what you eat and how much is by far the biggest thing

anyone knows how often one should eat in a day? when exercising and when not
