It actually worked for me. Right in the beginning was not the easiest. And I've only smoked cigs a few times in the last year plus. But being around a large group of people smoking is the hardest thing(like at a bar or party or something). I just enjoy being able to breath
My mother and brother quit smoking with an ecig cold turkey. It was impressive. I think the having to keep up maintenance helped with their quitting. Gave them something to do when they were just thinking about how many cigarettes they werent smoking.
