we did that once on one of our 36 doors guy ended up quitting and paying like 70 % of what was due...
he left on his own so it was best way for us...
Then after he left we filled papers that he left earlier than stated on his contract..
he had to pay 4 more months+ what he broke after 1 and a half year of dealing with all the court shit
But in the end we ended up knowing that there was other similar cases on this guy unresolved..was the best thing to do
We have an other case that is almost over after 2 years of searching for a dude
We paid the debt collector with legal papers..he owe us 6500$..his girlfriend have recived 2 notices that she will get her shit taken..since she was on the contract
