sc2 and d3 are advanced games, they need good pc

you could buy an AMD FX computer, 6 or 8 cores. and a good video card, not elite.
should be $500 but if you buy second hand might be $350
and save old components, like case and power supply and hard drive, and windows

check 3d passmark scores on cpu's and video cards, they also show performance/prices ratios
