Sorry, I don't know much about that area's Internet service.
In Texas a lot of people use Xfinity high-speed from Comcast.

Fiber always better

Uverse is great. Consolidated Communications is even better if you're in their area.

Still garbage compared to fiber for sure, coz cable upload is hot trash and plus you have to deal with Comcast, one of the worst companies on Earth for customer service.
