There is no such thing as "reverse racism" in the United States. Situations in which people claim "reverse racism" are more aptly describing situations of prejudice.

Racism is tied to a sociohistorical system.

When deciding between a black v. white potential employee, companies may take into consideration their ethnicity because adding diversity to a company is in many ways a benefit to them.

LOL

No.

Adding skilled employees is beneficial.

Advantages in college admissions, job applications, and financial assistance that caters to minorities are not racist.
It is more of a game of catch up.

The race we have been running has been massively unfair.
Whites have been running with sneakers while many minorities, women, people of other disadvantages have been wearing concrete shoes.
Now, because we realize how much they have been disadvantages, these people are given chances to catch up.
However, a bunch of whiny white twenty somethings (generally male) get butt hurt about it and act like they are the victims.

Tell me this: With all of the slight advantages that some minorities and women get now, do you think it would be worth it to switch from being a white male?
As a white male with many advantages and disadvantages, I have no problem with assisting women and minorities so that they can catch up a bit.

Thinking "Slavery is over, now things are even." is about as ignorant as it gets. It's like when you're in last in Mario Kart so you get better items, except in this case, the people in last were put there without a chance.

racism describes systemic supremacy. selective hiring is part of the equity process to dismantle systemic supremacy, and is all for the good of the commune my friend.

When I hear reverse racism, it always is funny to me that people use it as a bad word.
Look at your word choice, even you know that this is a good societal direction to go in.

REVERSE RACISM
liek
reversing racism
and that's supposed to be bad?
seems to me like you mean racism against whites, but have boiled racism down to hate against non whites, and thus refer to racism against whites as reverse racism.
Let's think about that for like forty minutes.

Show me more examples where systematic oppression lasted more than 2 or 3 generations tho

Oh wait black men and women in NC who are still alive were sterilized by population reduction measures.
