Update on the situation:

someone went to them with my video and they licensed it, they will get back to me in 24 hours to settle it.

doubt u will get money depends if video is gud or n0t

they already licensed to someone else that wasn't me, and practically took the video.

so obviously its good enough

they offered $150 standard licensing pay, im saying $500 due to their major fuck up.
