Yeah, I bought my first on in 2011, was the 2010 model. It still ran as fast and smooth as the day I bought it. Id still be using it if I didnt spill beer on in on Christmas Eve and destroy it.

Yeah I was a little turned off by that. But I realized I don't even use it anyways. The guy at the Apple Store told me about this case you can get online for like 25$ so I took my old drive, it goes in there. And if I need it plugs into a usb slot. But I have literally only used it once.
