no that would be a fundamentalist muslim, a devout muslim believes allah is the one true god (they don't even have to read the quran, even though the "stone to death" thing is a surrah if i remember correctly)

If allah believes you should be stoned to death and you believe allah is the one true god.. kinda still the same thing, unless you believe allah is the one true god AND you decide to reward him with a vibrating massage chair.

fundamentalism is not a requirement of religion, this is the problem with "devout atheists", they believe nuances don't exist. I literally just said you could be a devout muslim and never even read the quran. You could be a muslim and believe the entire quran is worthless (i know many Christians who think the bible is worthless)
