Got my car towed in Chicago once

The circumstances were ridiculous. We parked in one of the main underground garages(I forgot the name) in the late morning/afternoon. At that time you had to pay the amount of time you desired immediately upon parking, it has since changed. We were spending the whole day there so I paid like 12 hours or something excessive. We came back well under the time I paid for and the car was gone. Apparently there was a wedding taking place and a part of the garage had been reserved. No signs of this and the guy I paid when I first got there made no mention of it. Got my money back later but of course no reimbursement for the monster dent I found in the rear.

that was my first fear when i found out it got towed, those tow truck drivers don't care if they damage your vehicle
