Not really. Just take them out and put them in solution over night.
I never wash and rub them with solution unless there was a hair on it or it was irritating me because I got something in it...dirt, dust, hot pepper etc

Though, I relate glasses to reading vs bad vision. So it's more so a quality vs the actual look- does that make sense?
