ima say this is a fake or half true story. If it is true, there is missing information. The story only appears on 2 random websites. If this story was true I think a least a few normal media outlets would pick up the story.
I dont think believing conspiracy theories is normally a danger to a child but maybe this lady is so bat-shit-crazy that she is neglecting her basic duties as a parent. -shurgs-
Also consider who posted this story on jsp. OP has a bit of a history of being interested in conspiracy theories and has shared other bogus articles/stories like this in the past.
Not true at all...Some of the best stories don't get picked up until they go viral on the net... Not all of my post turn out to be real ..But some ahead of the main stream media that turn out to be accepted as fact later ..
lot more people accepting it is not just water vapor in the sky's that dissipate as a natural con trail in a few minutes.. They lasting all day and cover the sky with a mist blocking rays from the sun..
And it is also accepted now that fracking is causing earthquakes ...
