I feel like I'm losing my mind. I have a nice house, cool as fuck fiance i'm about to marry, a really well paying pretty easy career path as a manager of a software sales company, but I have had a chronic cardio-pulmonary issue for the past 1 1/2 years. I can't run or take steps without being totally winded. I'm short of breath 24/7 just laying down. I don't eat very well, but not horrible. I'm 5'9 180 pounds so i'm not fat, certainly not skinny, but not fat to the point that it should cause an issue. I've been to 23 specialists, had a surgery on my sinuses that i didnt even need to just see if that'd help, which it didn't. I've tried advair, singulair, symbicort, breo, etc., and none of them do anything. My pulmonologist thinks that's a sign that i don't have a lung problem, which is good in a way because lung issues basically mean you're fucked for life because they really dont improve like other organs do. My cardiologist did a stress test on me and says my heart is in excellent shape. My BP is good, my pulse is a little high. I've been to university medical centers and hospitals and specialists. No one can figure out what's wrong with me.

It's driving me insane and i know i'm taking it out emotionally/mentally on my soon to be wife. Fortunately my job is very understanding of the issue and they allow me to work from home when needed, which is often. I take Xanax now which helps. I went to a psychologist who after 12 sessions said I seemed a little high strung and stressed but that he felt that's pretty normal for a white collar grinder such as myself. He said he saw no mental issues and no need for anti-depressants. My pulmonologist is actually the one who prescribed the Xanax as maybe stress is causing all my breathing issues.

Just posting here to vent in anonymity rather than posting on facebook or telling my friends/family because I'd rather not tell them I'm afraid of dying in the next few years in my 20s due to a cardiopulmonary issue that no doctor can seem to figure out.

Get your +1's and post nice things plz. Thank you.

Its just bad karma, just think about all the bad shit you've done either online or in real life. Repent. God watches everything.
