Of course, if you try your hardest to make it cheaper, you can, but if I go to the store to actually buy food to make a dinner, it will still be quite costly.

454 x 10 = 4540 / 200 = 22.7 round to 23
5 / 23 = 22 cents a serving
Potatoes aren't expensive. They're filling, and can be eaten alone
Or with anything you can think of
