grocery stores would become the new capitals. I'd just go there, chill out, start recording and organizing every blind person that came along into a large refugee camp that extended throughout the parking lot and nearby streets. We'd just wait there until another group came along. If I was able to setup a camp that run well enough on its own, perhaps I could leave it set off in search of other camps.

Oh, and definitely grab 2 or 3 of the hottest blind chicks I could find to be my 'personal assistants'.
