Casein is for overnight protein absorption because it digests twice as slow as other protein. Since you're not waking up every 2-3 hours to eat, this is ideal. You wouldn't want to have a large casein shake during the day since it would keep you full for longer, making it harder to eat more protein. It also makes you feel like shit for 2 hours, but that's a different story all together.

Hemp seeds
Cheese
Beans

I probably eat 150 grams of protein per day. Some days more some days less

If you want to gain muscle you need to do physical work, not just eat a healthy diet.

If you want to gain weight you should eat more healthy fatty foods and sweet things.
