My challenge to anybody willing to partake: Design or copy+paste a single dish (one recipe) that is virtually complete balanced nutrition. I'm mean a dish of food that you could eat for almost every meal that by the end of the day you would be close to 100% of your daily required nutrients for good health. This raises a lot of questions about what exactly is balanced nutrition. There is many factors based on the individual, but for the sake of simplicity, aim for a close estimate for a normal individual. It should be reasonably affordable (no lobster, dragon-fruit, etc)

My friends were on this diet where basically all you could have was protein, no carbs, no sugars, no nothing
It was ridiculous. I did it for a week but it was making me sick because I wasn't getting all of the required nutrients just from meat

I have helped countless people lose weight

I have had a strict diet my entire life

my advice isn't generic bullshit I give specific examples of what works and what I have done

I have nothing to gain by spending my time giving solid nutrition advice

I have posted countless pictures of my meals showing that I eat what I recommend

Everything I say in regards to nutrition works

Feel free to pick apart any of my advice that I have given to people

I don't give it unless I have done it

I really wouldn't mind trying to figure out a diet with your help one of these days. I'm currently trying to get my pain managed and get over this fucking flu.
All I've been able to eat is bread basically, just plain bread.

Maybe It would be better to break down this challenge into 2 different things. The first challenge would be to figure out what is complete balanced nutrition for the average adult. I dont just mean ratios of carbs, fats, and proteins, but also micro-nutrients like vitamins and minerals. If somebody could figure this out, it would be easier to design a food dish that meets these needs.

I think this whole idea goes against practicality, which would probably be eating many different types of foods in order to achieve balance. But creating a single dish is the challenge I'd really like to see.

what do you usually drink? cutting out every drink but water can make a pretty big difference alone

Ya it will make a difference if u get rid of the sweet drinks...

It will help substantially if you limit your sweet things to fruit only. What's what I try to do but it's very impossible unles you eat like a bird. I eat very large meals
