how much do you weigh



yesterday i ate a half order of fries at work then after work i smoked like 5 blunts that night.. ate a salad at a bar
got home at 3am i didnt eat again until like 1pm.. i ate half a pack of oatmeal.. i havnt eatin since that oatmeal
and im in hunger pain atm but im prob not gonna eat for another hour or so.


ive always been like this i can eat alot if i want to but i can also not eat much at all for days at a time

ive always been small i think this plays a huge part in it

I lost weight.

A while back about year ago I was in the 400's. Then I lost weight and became stagnant for months.

However when I went into nursing home my current weight was 387. Now thanks to my nurse Carol I am at 371. (Weighed the other day)

Which actually makes me curious and questions me to now that I weigh less, how come the toilet broke?

go for walks and stuff to lose weight
also eat healthier

I try my friend a few months ago Ernie and I would walk the block. I could only do half a mile and then I was done. That boy has never ending energy.

You know my friend that is a good idea but unfortunately the severity of my stomach issues occur at a quick rate. And I won't make it to an outhouse by the time I am actually able to get up and move.
