if you really paid $170 for that you're definitely getting ripped off. nitrocellulose (flash paper) is cheap. the device in the video looks equivalent to a plastic paper ball shooter with a battery powered ignitor. it looks like a childrens toy. it probably costs $15 or less to manufacture. just buy some flash paper and light off a whole sheet =P
