When I jerk off too much it equals a number of things:
1) I'm more beta (that alone makes it harder to be assertive and be attractive to women).
2) I don't get random erections during the day.
3) Porn is becomes just a habit and isn't that great.
4) Women in real life aren't nearly as exciting as they should be 90% of the time.

When I stopped jerking off regularly:
1) I'm more alpha.
2) I get random erections during the day.
3) Porn is exciting when I do look at it / but I avoid it.
4) Women in real life are exciting 100% of the time... if they're not ugly.

You're basically tranquilizing yourself and doing some damage that takes some work to undo if you jerk off all the time. Some people can handle it better than others. Imho I'm better off without it... of course... everything in moderation...
