DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO SETTLE IF THEY SUE YOU.

They cannot prove you downloaded the content if you have an unsecured wireless router. They know this, and will never go to court, it will cost them more to go to court than whatever money they would try to sue you for. Don't be intimidated.
