Parkour (sometimes abbreviated PK) is a method of movement focused on moving around obstacles with speed and efficiency.

Call it trolling or constructive criticism. Who cares.

I like this kidna feedback. Yeah I have to say I need to work on my long distance running/Stamina because tbh it's not amazing. But for most of the training my friends and I do doesn't even long distance running it's more like "Find an area, Look for things new things to try" it's not so much running. But Again I do agree with the whole parkour "speed and efficiency" But the way I do it doesn't envolve Less running.

To make more of a Point A, to Point B parkour video, it wouldn't be that hard imo. I would just have to make a route and get there and back as fast as possible (speed and efficiency) using the object in my way to get over them.

The Current videos that I've been making & Have made have been more like "Progression" videos.

This is a reply to your PM. I know this is a progressive video. I do not follow your videos though. To someone who has just came from nowhere, I can only state this looks like a day at the park. Nothing to what I expected when I clicked the YT link.

When you make videos in the future to actually show off your skills... Add in some easy crap that will lengthen your individual accomplishments. Like a back flip or a roll after landing.

ahh ok, I see what your talking about. But for the first clip 1:33 it's not bad I cut the clip cuz i was slow on the muscle up. It's not the easiest move you know? & in this spot you can't get any upward momentum. As soon as im landing after the kong/persicion all the momentum stops.
As for the second clip. Im not even gonna lie, I fk'd up at that spot. But I don't think you know how hard it is to do that on a flat wall. Imo it's pretty fucking hard. If the wall had grooves or any kinda bricks then it's alot easier.

Fyi If you read the script about my video, it says "This is a progression video" It was a mashup of some of the things I couldn't do last year.
And as for the future videos? There's no real need for a backflip in the video. Thats not really a progression I can alreay do that and sometimes it doesn't mesh with parkour videos imo. It's cool yeah but everyone (my friends that I train with) know I can already do a backflip.

Your call bud. I myself wouldn't press record unless I was trying to:
1. show off
2. make an informative clip
3. make something just looks bad ass

Extra back flips and/or rolls would help an event become a professional set of events. I understand the insane strength and momentum required to finish the sets I listed in a speedy single stroke. I'm just saying if you are trying to progress, that is what I think you should work on.
