Yeah. You're right. I did contradict myself. Satanism can be considered a religion. But definitely not in the sense of being a deistic religion. It is unquestionably an atheist religion. Which is why I hesitate to use the term 'religion' to describe it. It is not based on Gods or Demons or ghosts and ghouls. It has no connections to spirits or souls or supernatural entities or concepts. It is about what we can see, hear, feel and prove to exist. It's why I see it as a philosophy and not a religion.

e/ Atheism is the theory that best fits the evidence presented to me. When such evidence is presented to me that I should logically change my beliefs I shall do so.

This thread is not about arguing over what's good, bad, right or wrong, intelligent or logically incredulous. It shouldn't be an argument at all. It's just an opportunity for people to ask questions about the Satanic Church and their beliefs and for me to impart that information to them.
