But you're flat out lying that "almost every website" says the same thing. There's literally a small handful of deficiencies that can be common among vegans and they're all ridiculously easy to combat through food choices, you don't need a supplement (with the exception of b12). For you to even say something as ignorant as "you need almost everything as a supplement" shows you don't know the first thing about food. Almost everything our body needs comes exclusively from plants. So how is it logical that people who only eat plants are deficient in everything?
