There are other, more socially eloquent ways of expressing distaste of another than simply coming out and calling them "dumb," which is an already inherently arguable statement due to its subjective nature. Make sure you have the means to support such claims before you make them, regardless of their potential levels of accuracy. As your d2jsp lawyer I will now advise you to make your claims slightly more ambiguous so as to give you a back door to escape them, should you ever be proven wrong.
