Umm, B12 isn't the only supplement you need on a vegan diet. Iron is another mineral that a vegan diet lacks an abundance of. I know several people who went vegetarian/vegan, and had to quit because they got severely anemic due to an iron deficiency.

you need almost everything as supplement when you're on vegan diet, except protein.. they're lucky tofu exists.

that has absolutely nothing to do with being an omnivore and everything to do with just eating poorly. Eating meat doesn't automatically make you obese and never in any animals history has it ever.
