He knocks Superman off the ground with a left, and then swats him with a right.
He makes a crater with his face, pounding his head into the ground.
He doesn't stop until he hears a crunch.

so even Batman, a normal human can beat Superman...

Batman is a beast. That Superman vs Batman debate has been proven long ago, I don't wanna start another poll debate, though.

I remember one of his training he had to go into some gravity room with hella pressure and he struggled in that whereas superman could move around in there like it was space

That's the past, Goku Trained. Whereas superman got nerfed over time.
