Even though it is not exactly certain how fast Goku can travel, on several occasions, it has been suggested that Goku by the end of Dragon Ball Z, could move faster then the speed of light, as Piccolo claimed that Raditz could move faster than the speed of light, and Raditz was not nearly as powerful as Goku at the end of Z

Also Goku cant instant transmission behind Superman and grab him and teleport to a blackhole and instantly kill both of them and then goku can get wished back to life. Goku>Superman.

Not even, Wolverine can't be ripped in half because his joints are also coated in adamantium. It is impossible for any limb or and major part of his body to get ripped off.

Goku has too many weapons that Superman would pass off as a tickle
Goku has too many vulnerabilities that play right into Superman's Strengths
Superman is just too powerful to defeat.
