Clearly Superman.

Superman has existed for so much longer that he would simply have sensed the threat of Goku being born that he would have killed him as a baby.

Goku could just instant transmission him to krypton and he would die because that's the only planet that has krypton. EZ PK.

Well I doubt Goku's mother had superpowers, so Superman could just kill his mother with Goku still inside which would prevent Goku from ever being born.

Idk anymore. Superman is portrayed in too many different ways. Sometimes he's written as having pretty lame abilities, and other times he's like a god. It's like "who wins, cat vs. dog." What cat? What dog?

This is only caused by him being such a mythical god-like figure that has fascinated people for centuries, while Goku is only a Japanese cartoon.
