On may fifth you posted in this topic saying you quit smoking for 3 months, now on may 22 you say 4 months?

First of all the word quit is brutal it implies if you ever smoke before you die you failed or lied.
Second of all why do you lie?
Third of all, wouldn't it be better to say "I used to smoke" instead of I quit x days ago. Stop counting, stop using it as a win - as something you did right...
Not smoking is square one, basics, zero..You are trying to earn points for going from negative zero to zero.. Move forward! Move into those positives
