How much of that stuff is grown local?
I'm guessing almost all of it is from across the US and across the world.
It takes a lot of gas to get the tofu you want to your grocery store.

The real problem is that there are too many people, and the earth can't handle it.
Want to do something? Don't have kids so that the planet can live.

Umm, B12 isn't the only supplement you need on a vegan diet. Iron is another mineral that a vegan diet lacks an abundance of. I know several people who went vegetarian/vegan, and had to quit because they got severely anemic due to an iron deficiency.

Being vegan is one of the best things you can do to reduce your footprint. That's just a fact.

Pros and cons with every eating lifestyle.. You know how many omnivores are obese as shit and die of heart disease every year? It's the #1 killer of the general population and literally a non-issue for vegans. Non vegans also face a LOT more vitamin/mineral deficiencies than vegans. But for some reason everyone focuses on the 1-2 things that vegans are at risk of being low in. I don't get it.

It's crazy how no one has talked about being better than anyone but your perception of vegans causes you to make up a fake narrative in your head.

I'm not knocking it. I'm simply stating a fact, that B12 is not the only supplement you need on a vegan diet. Now, I have no personal desire to go vegan, but there are some pretty damned tasty vegan dishes out there.
