Obviously neither are concrete, and I find religious theories have far more holes in them than generally accepted scientific theories (for a reason) but who am I to say some form of both isn't possible?

adaptation isnt proven to become macro evolution, somethings fur changes color because of environment does not mean a fish became a person eventually, we have never seen something in between completely changing species.
