You didn't stop at calling the user a "multi", maybe revealing the whole truth about your actions the next time would be a better idea. Calling users 'scum' is considered to be offensive and rude and these were the violated rules resulting in your suspension.
You should know this better based on the rules here.
Additionally, if you suspect that a user is using a multiple account, use the Multi Report Tool with any proof you have. Insulting and degrading users and accusing them of being "multis" will add absolutely no help to your case or to the accusation process.
