if you cannot stand eating less... then work out a lot to burn the calories
If you see my calorie blog ive been trying to wartch calories much below my bmi and I have been playin around with 5-10-15 lb weights just doing lats and shoulder presses etc, just enough to get me active but nothing crazy.
But I did used to drink tons of milk, tons of beer, and eat mincredible amopunt of calories. Im very active in keeping my calories below 2K and taking my daily synthroid (My thryroid is totally shutdown). Good eating habits+exercise+synthroid I hope to be beating the fat. My first dr appt april 7th I will tell how well ive been doing. Like 3 more weeks to hopefully lose 10 lbs!!
