just checked with my wife, zofran zydis wafers is what you need for bad nausea: http://www.question.com/drugs/zofranzydis.html

Zofran Zydis is used to help stop the nausea (sick feeling) and vomiting which can occur after certain treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy. They are also used for the prevention of nausea and vomiting, which can occur after an operation. Zofran Zydis wafers should only be used to treat the nausea and vomiting for which they have been prescribed.

Cannabis is great for helping nausea in cancer patients actually.

if you have bad nausea now and are vomiting, the sooner you talk to your doctor the better
don't forget, ct scans have a similar effect to a radiotherapy treatment
