IE Goku can be hurt by physical blows but I don't think superman could hit hard enough.

Are you kidding me? You don't think superman could hit hard enough? He can throw tractors into space from the bottom of a hole without breaking a sweat, the guy can punch asteroids away from the Earth... Goku gets constipated and grunts a lot. It's not contest.
