Have started the deathlands series by james addler, very cool books, i feel like wasteland/fallout was based on them.

james axler actually, and turns out is is just an author name used by a publishing house, still great series.

Any Ian M. Banks novel. Or his serious ones penned under Ian Banks.

One of the best one is the wasp factory, but be warned it's pretty messed up.

One of his best sci fis is Surface Tension, about a girl who is born with tattoos (geometric patterns) cover her entire body, bones, teeth, eyes etc. They are genetically modified beauties bred to be entertainment slaves. One murders her masters and runs for it...

Yeah man he's a good author, but then again I'm no expert, like art if I enjoy reading/looking at it, it's good.

Yeah all forms of art are subjective, written just as much as drawn.
I might be being published soon, just a few poems but still stoked.
Still working on a novel though.
