No but you can blame the bag for being too full. I heard bags are serious business.

A Nebraska widower claims his wife died because of an overfilled Walmart shopping bag, and he is suing the retail giant for wrongful death, according to a local report.
William Frels, of Plattsmouth, said that on April 16, 2010, a cashier gave his wife Lynette one plastic bag for her purchase of two 42-ounce cans of La Choy canned Chinese food and a two-pound bag of rice, the Lincoln Journal Star reports.
On her way out, one of the cans fell on her right foot and caused a gash that later became infected, according to the complaint cited by the paper. Antibiotics and two "surgical procedures" failed to stop the infection, which spread throughout her body and led to her death nearly a year later, on March 12, 2011.
The lawsuit alleges Walmart was negligent for failing to properly train its employees not to overfill grocery bags and to know when to double-bag a customer's purchases.
Frels is also suing the manufacturer and the distributor of the bags, saying they provided his wife with a defective grocery bag.
