0.3% each day, times x365 days = 1200 percent
but the effect is cumulative. so you have 0.3% the first day, then the second day is 0.3% plus 0.3%of0.3%. then the third day you have 0.3%+0.3%+0.3%, plus 0.3% x 0.3%, plus 0.3% x 0.3% x 0.3%
I dont math well with a depressed mind, but that logic seems sound. I dig it.
How can I tell what 0.3% improvement is? Like, what would be an example of physically or mentally improving myself 0.3%?
Yesterday I bought some wingtip dress shoes from Good Will for $8, which is neat. Id give myself like 5% for that right there, so Im already ahead of the game.
