(granted i did do science and english but at least i have my credentials to be a teacher). We had to pick a 2nd subject area and english was the easiest one...phuck math
Like what can you even do when you get out?? I guess you do have your BA or masters but to be honest you wasted 3-4 years of your life and you are no different than the time you got out of HS
I have friends who went to CC..mechanics/HVAC repair/electicians/plumbers and they earn alot more than my other friends who went to good schools in the state and can only get a job a barista. I guess it does help if you know how to advertise yourself and have connections, then a BA in Psych can get you places but most of these people dont have that luxury
Personally I think people go to college to find that light to follow home. Everywhere you go you must follow that light. Even if getting a stupid education as long as they are great people. They might just be able to live happy without having the richest bank account in a place they call home.
