i need vitamin c serum to put under my eyes to get rid of the blackness. my whole life it looks like i get punched in the face every day

not sure if the constant high humidity has anything to do with my hair being healthy
it's a constant 60-90% humidity here but usually cool so it doesn't fry my hair

from what i've read it's just a genetic thing, the skin there is too thin to hide all the blood vessels. i've tried vitamin c tablets, berocca, nothing works. might try cucumbers before serum
