The best time to sleep is 10 PM to 5 AM but I'm usually awake at those hours. I drink a lot of coffee too.
I need to start working as a high school biology teacher and girls volleyball coach and that will change.

. I went sleep at 7am. It's 1:30pm and i'm awake from 15 minutes and it's perfect time for me to have strenght for next 18 hours. And there's no need to drink coffee
